IN THIS LESSON

Health is an essential process for lifting and extending life. The skills of health are called the 7 Pillars.

Each Pillar encompasses our wide-ranging definition of health that was introduced in the first lesson and expands on what we see as the skills necessary to improve health for any person.

In this lesson, we will give an overview of each Pillar, explain the 3 categories of Pillars, and how each gives specific context on specific aspects of our lives.

Note that this is a summary and we will do a more in-depth lesson on each Pillar in other courses.
